Corporate Accountant

Corporate Accountant is responsible for all accounting related aspects of his/her assigned departments, and liaison between department executives and the accounting department.

What You Will Do

  • All accounting related aspects of assigned departments (including accounting, outlook/budgeting, coding AP invoices)

  • May also be accountable for maintaining and reconciling selected balance sheet account

  • Accurate, on-time, journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations

  • Prepare, summarize, and present accurate financial results and forecasts.

  • Assist department executives in creation of, and management to, budgets.

  • Perform financial analysis to assist senior leadership in the effective management of their departments.

  • Liaison (together with their manager) between department executives and the accounting department

  • Special projects as assigned

  • Perform other duties as required and assigned by manager and upper management.

  • Follow legal policies as directed.

What You Should Have

  • Intermediate knowledge of GAAP Accounting

  • Basic knowledge of Oracle accounting software helpful

  • 0-2 years accounting experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel BA/BS in Accounting or related field
