What You Will Do
Communicate with team members to identify design needs, and manage design expectations
Design elegant pixel-perfect visuals from mobile, desktop and web, to print materials, presentation decks, and logos
Design within prototype, and design system specifications
Give and solicit feedback from cross-disciplinary partners
Assist with the creation of repurpose-able design assets and infrastructure
Execute in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity
Keep organized, well structured, design files
Perform other duties as required and assigned by manager and upper management.
Follow legal policies as directed.
What You Should Have
5-7 years of broad design experience with exposure to brand strategy, mockups, application design and identity; print marketing a plus;
Excellent visual design skills, to conceptualize and produce high fidelity designs on an ongoing basis
Proficient in Sketch, Adobe illustrator, and Photoshop
Effective and clear communicator and team collaborator
Prioritizes quality results over convenience and ease
Extensive knowledge of typography, photography, illustration, color and design (with an online portfolio to showcase samples);
Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced team environment;
Culturally aware and continuously interested in developing design skills to stay abreast of the latest relevant trends;
Strong interpersonal skills (open, friendly and supportive attitude).

Expert knowledge of Adobe Products
What We Hope You Have
Prototype software proficiency
3d software experience
Adobe After Effects experience
A college degree in Graphic Design, Interaction/Digital Design, other digital design-related field or equivalent job experience.
This position requires the incumbent to sit, stand and perform general office functions. The incumbent may also be required to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally. Bending, stooping and reaching are also frequently required.
